Appropriate attire is required for LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. Use of this Annual Pass or your Digital Annual Pass signifies your agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions posted at both LEGOLAND® Florida Resort and in their Park Guides. Entry into LEGOLAND® Florida Resort constitutes consent to the use of any film, video, and likeness of ticket/Pass bearer for advertising and other promotions without payment. This Pass remains the property of LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any Passholder or guest. In the interests of public safety, LEGOLAND reserves the right to require the guests to leave the Park at any time. Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18). Management hereby declares itself not responsible for theft or loss of any personal property. Benefits and discounts listed are subject to availability and to change without notice. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, or discounts. Passes are not for resale. Possessing an active LEGOLAND® Florida Resort Annual Pass does not guarantee entry into the park in case of limited capacity. There is no refund for unused and/or expired Pass/tickets or inclement weather. Passes found to be in fraudulent use or in anyway not as intended will be confiscated without refund or reimbursement and may be subject to prosecution in accordance with law. Photo ID is required for Pass redemption. Prices, times, and schedules subject to change without notice.  

Monthly Pay payment option is only available to current Florida Residents, and a proof of residency may be required. A contract is initiated at the time of purchase for Monthly Pay Annual Pass. This is a 12-month commitment from the first purchase and down payment, at 0% APR. Following the initial 12 months, your Monthly Pay Annual Passes will be automatically renewed unless cancelled. Complimentary self-parking for Silver and Gold Annual Passes, and complementary preferred parking for Elite/Platinum Annual Passes, is valid on regular daytime parking only and subject to availability. Additional restrictions may apply, and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida/LEGOLAND® Florida Resort.   SEA LIFE Florida Resort will open soon.

Annual Pass discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages, Florida Wild Side Mini Golf, Pontoon Tours at the onsite hotels, Water Park Cabana rentals, FasTrack products, V.I.P. Tours and Experiences or Stroller and Wheelchair rentals. The discount on retail items may not be available on specific LEGO® sets or merchandise during certain promotional time frames. The maximum retail (shopping) discount is $500.00 USD for a calendar year and the maximum daily discount is $200.00 USD. Additional restrictions may apply, and benefits are subject to change without notice.
